TL;DR

The robots.txt file leads us to a page containing an empty HTML table whose cells have a black or white class. Adding CSS attributes to these classes reveals a QRcode pointing us to a 3rd page. This page contains a JS Fuck prompt serving as a password. Once decoded, the user can enter the password and retrieve the flag.

Inspecting the document (ctrl+u), however, reveals the presence of a table with black and white classes.

Adding CSS attributes (in the inspector or by saving a copy of the document) lets us give the cells a size as well as a background color matching their classes:
